- Use this as a guide. Preference is a huge factor — the benefit of a non-wire is they’re super flexible, so you will likely fit in more than one size
- Depending on how much coverage you like, size up or down accordingly
- Made from a perforated eyelet fabric — so yes, it’s covered in holes, and no your nipple won’t poke through (it actually holds them down!)
