    Poor customer service

    I tried to purchase an electronic gift card for my wife and to my knowledge, it didn't get sent on the day I selected. I contacted Negative and instead of making the situation right, they sent me the gift card for me to send to my wife. Never mind the message that I crafted to be delivered and the essence of the gift card. They never offered anything for my troubles.
