- In pregnancy and postpartum, cup size fluctuates a lot, so owning 2 sizes can be helpful. We recommend going with your regular size and one size up for your fuller days. Plus with all the washing and wearing, owning 2 comes in handy - trust us.
- Preference also plays a role - if you prefer more cup coverage and a roomier band, you might consider sizing up

These bras are great for my larger breast and smaller frame. They offer great support for a 2nd time breastfeeding mom. These are my favorite nursing bras and worth every dollar. I would highly recommend them. I am a 32G and got the size 3 and it fits great!
