I kept sizing up and ended up getting the 5 in the bra top -- and even though I have "A" boobs (maybe small "B") I am tall and have broad shoulders and a wide chest frame (38 in) and even the 5 wasn't at all too big. I am thinking of trying the white bra top in a 6. I don't need support really, just coverage and shaping. I love the sand color, too, it looks good under a white t shirt. I got a 4 in that color and it works, but still a bit tight at the shoulders and underbust. But when I size up the material is stretchy enough that it doesn't seem to gap. Which is nice. I think I may have finally found a bra that works for me (at age 56) , without adjustable straps and back closures which I don't like to use. I just wish it was made in a truly organic material like cotton or bamboo or even hemp or merino wool (blended with something for stretch of course). I hope Negative Underwear starts to offer more "eco" choices, even though I do like the feel of the "whipped" material quite a bit.
