Return Policy and Process

All full-priced items (including packs) are eligible for return within 30 days of the original purchase date. Cotton packs must be returned in full. Price-slashed items with a red SALE tag are eligible for direct size exchange only (aka no refunds). Given the delicate nature of what we sell, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with tags attached and in original packaging to proceed with a return. If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, we offer direct exchanges with complimentary shipping. If you’d like a refund back to your original payment method, we deduct $5 from your refund to cover shipping and restocking.

Please note,

  • Price reduced SALE items purchased in the context of sale (online or offline) are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Exchanges, store credits and/or refunds will be issued only after returned goods have been received and inspected by our warehouse to confirm they meet our return-eligible criteria above.
  • Store credit requests are free to process and issued electronically; credits do not expire and can be used toward anything on our site.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days to receive and process your return request after your return package has been shipped.
  • While we try our best, direct exchange requests are not guaranteed because our stock is limited.
  • If you’re returning part of a Kit, the refunded amount will reflect the item’s Kit price, not the standard full price of the item.
  • If you’re returning an item purchased with a discount code, your refund will reflect the item’s proportionally discounted price, not the standard full price of the item.
  • Damaged returns and returns sent back without prior authorization will be returned to sender.
  • No printer? No problem. You can now return via QR code at all eligible USPS QR locations.

Can I return an internationally shipped order?

Please note that returned orders can take up to 21 business days for the funds to credit back to your original payment method as the below steps need to be followed:

1 - Shipping time to arrive back to our warehouse
2 - Processing and inspection for refund approval
3 - Authorization to finance department to issue refund
4 - It can take up to 7 business days for the funds to credit back to your payment method once our finance department process the refund.

Should your refund not be processed within the 21 business days, please send us the tracking number for the returned package to hello@negativeunderwear.com so that we can investigate further.
