I was expecting a much wider bottom-band based on the pictures, more like a longline style bra. However that bottom band was nowhere near as wide as the photo, it felt like no more than 1/2 inch wide if even that. I'm 5'5, 169 lbs and usually wear a 36D in Natori bras.
I ordered a 3, and it fit comfortably. If I order in the future I may go for a 3+ for a little more coverage, but unfortunately I dont think this cotton style will work for me without a band that looks more like the picture, wider to hold up underneath a larger chest.

I've reviewed the Negative Cotton Bralette before and will just say that I will only by my bras from Negative from now on because they're game changers for me. This bralette is so comfortable that I forget I'm wearing it. It's also supremely flattering and I find the support to be just right. I was hesitant about wearing an unlined bra but now that I've tried this style (and several others from Negative), I will never go back. No padding, no inserts, no underwire, no clasps on this bralette...this design is a dream. I'm 5'5", 117lbs, a size D in Victoria's Secret (which I think should actually be a C, but everything is sized differently these days), and wear a size 3 in all Negative bras.
