- Size Chart
- In pregnancy and postpartum, cup size fluctuates a lot, so owning 2 sizes can be helpful. We recommend going with your regular size and one size up for your fuller days. Plus with all the washing and wearing, owning 2 comes in handy - trust us.
- Preference also plays a role - if you prefer more cup coverage and a roomier band, you might consider sizing up

Pre-pregnancy, I was a 0 in negative bras, so I bought this in all three colors in a 1 when they were on sale for Black Friday. The band is tight (5’3” 98lb pre-pregnancy, and currently 114 at 1 month postpartum) so I bought cheap band extenders and they work great now! I feel like I’m not even wearing a bra. I tried size 2, but the cup was too big, so stuck with the 1 with band extenders. I’m not a big fan of negative’s sieve fabric, but love glacé, and this silky fabric feels like glacé while being more breathable.

If nursing, postpartum, not sleeping, or getting spit up on again is making you feel bleh, this bra is a game changer. You will feel a little spark of your old self light up somewhere in the deep cavern of your stretched out abdomen. Your boobs will look great and you’ll be inspired to wear something other than pjs. this is not the bra I’d wear immediately after having a baby. Once you are past engorgement, your boobs aren’t changing in size constantly, and your milk supply is stable, this bra is easy and feels put together, but it’s not the super soft/gentle on your nipples bra you’d want to wear to the hospital. As a larger cup size (DDD - G) this doesn’t provide as much coverage, sizing up helps, but if you size up too far the band gets too loose. I wish there was a larger cup option, but even with it being less coverage it’s worth it to not be wearing a bulky and frumpy contraption when you’re ready to get out of your mama bear cave.
