- In pregnancy and postpartum, cup size fluctuates a lot, so owning 2 sizes can be helpful. We recommend going with your regular size and one size up for your fuller days. Plus with all the washing and wearing, owning 2 comes in handy - trust us.
- Preference also plays a role - if you prefer more cup coverage and a roomier band, you might consider sizing up

I purchased both a negative and a Blanqi maternity nursing bra. Hands down I love the negative nursing bra. I found the blanqi bra itchy with the extra strap inside the bra that was much too long and seems unnecessary. I have not started breast feeding yet, baby's due in January, but the negative seems easy to unhook and is much more comfortable. I typically wear a 34 D and purchased a size 2 that I returned for a 3 since it seemed like it was going to be to small for me pretty quickly.
