    Never got my order twice!

    I LOVE the concept!…..I would love it if you could actually send the product you have offered me. However, I have ordered it twice without delivery. I am wondering if it is a size issue? Or a billing issue? It sucks to keep getting your advertisements without a follow through.

    FYI: the first time I ordered, I am pretty sure it was a billing problem, because the sale was so instant…some robot missed that I had switched cards. The second time? Who knows? Hopefully some human is reading this rather than a stupid fucking AI robot.

    Figure it out!
