As an early adopter of the Sieve bra, I have been intrigued by this Cutout version. I finally broke down and tried it. I love the color and styling, but without the +sizing, it has zero side support for me, a full 36C-D. And the cutout is gigantic - not ideal for natural/full breasts. My ideal Sieve size is the 3+, which is becoming extinct : (
