- In pregnancy and postpartum, cup size fluctuates a lot, so owning 2 sizes can be helpful. We recommend going with your regular size and one size up for your fuller days. Plus with all the washing and wearing, owning 2 comes in handy - trust us.
- Preference also plays a role - if you prefer more cup coverage and a roomier band, you might consider sizing up

These are my favorite nursing bras yet, and I’ve tried a few. The silky light fabric feels delicate but is strong, can go in the wash, and is pretty too. The clip is easy to use with one hand. I found some other nursing bras to be overbuilt and oppressive, and others to lack support. This one is the best of both worlds, and comfortable enough to sleep in too.
