Do you charge for shipping and returns?
Domestic shipping is free for orders over $100. Returns shipping is also free - unless you're sending a returns package from somewhere outside the continental U.S., in which case you can use the carrier and shipping service of your choice.
For orders under $100, shipping is a $5 flat rate to anywhere within the continental U.S. For those of us who need it faster, we offer Priority Mail (1-3 days) for a $15 flat rate.
Do you ship internationally?
While we unfortunately do not ship outside of the U.S. from our own site, you can now shop Negative from over 140 countries with our exclusive global retail partner, Matches Fashion. Yes, you heard that right. And yes, we're SO excited.
Not good enough / looking for something Matches doesn't carry? We've also had solid feedback about both comGateway and Borderlinx, two freight forwarding services offering international shipping from U.S. ecommerce stores.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Our warehouse ships out orders on a rolling basis, Monday-Friday. Orders typically ship within 24 hours (or the next business day) after they've been placed. Friday afternoon and weekend orders typically ship out on Mondays. All orders within the continental U.S. should arrive within 5-7 business days on a bad day, within 3-5 on a good day. Good days may or may not involve flirting with the USPS guy... We also offer a Rush (USPS Priority) shipping option for those of us in a hurry!
To note, around holidays / holiday weekends, our order fulfillment times may be slightly delayed given order volumes.
What's your return policy?
All full-priced items (including Kits) are eligible for return within 14 days of receiving your delivery if unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with tags attached and in original packaging in the same condition you received them. A quick try-on is fine, of course - but we can't responsibly accept returns for items that have been worn beyond that. (To help ensure your items are eligible for a return, please see 'try-on tips'.)
• Bras, tees and sleepwear are eligible for refund.
• Underwear bottoms and bodysuits are eligible for merchandise credit only. We do not offer refunds for these items.
• If you’re returning part of a Kit, your refund will reflect the item’s Kit price, not the standard full price of the item.
• If you’re returning an item purchased with a discount code, your refund will reflect the item’s amortized discount price, not the standard full price of the item.
Returns for merchandise credit are free to process and issued electronically. Merchandise credits do not expire and can then be used toward anything on our site.
Any items purchased in the context of a sale (online or offline) are considered final sale and are not eligible for a return request. For items purchased during our Black Friday sale, items will be eligible to return for merchandise credit only - all other return policies still apply
Returns sent back without prior authorization will incur a $15 fee, which will be deducted from either the total amount of the refund or the total amount of the merchandise credit.
Returns sent back after more than 14 days have elapsed since the prepaid return label was issued are subject to refusal and only eligible for merchandise credit.

1. Email firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your delivery with the below info:
• Order number
• Item for return
• Reason for the return (we really do take feedback to heart and can help with suggestions!)
• Refund or credit?
2. For eligible returns, we'll email a prepaid shipping label to print and paste on original envelope - please include a copy of the packing slip and your order number inside the return.
3. After we receive your returns package, note that it can take 5-7 days to fully process your return. Once processed (and assuming the returned items meet the conditions of an eligible return), we’ll email you with your digital merchandise credit or notification of a refund. Please allow 10 business days to see refunds reflected on your credit card statement.
Note that we do not perform direct exchanges. Instead, follow the above process and indicate you'd like a merchandise credit - you'll be able to use that towards your new Negative :)
Can I return underwear?
Underwear bottoms and bodysuits are eligible for merchandise credit only. We do not offer refunds for these items.
