- In pregnancy and postpartum, cup size fluctuates a lot, so owning 2 sizes can be helpful. We recommend going with your regular size and one size up for your fuller days. Plus with all the washing and wearing, owning 2 comes in handy - trust us.
- Preference also plays a role - if you prefer more cup coverage and a roomier band, you might consider sizing up

Great bra! Runs true to size and its stretches to account for breast size fluctuations during breastfeeding. My only criticism is that the back strap feels a little loose and so it raises up my back some.
