I got this bra on sale to try out for sleeping. I’m a 34F following a double mastectomy & reconstruction. I prefer to sleep in a bra these days. I ordered a 3+ hoping there would be a little extra room in the band. It’s so, so comfortable and will be perfect for sleep. I think a 34FF would be comfortable in a 3+ as well. If I wanted to wear it for daytime I might try a 2+ but it might be a little tight in the band. Also, the fabric is great if you are having hot flashes & night sweats.
